An important article for those that have electronic parts included in their products sold to the DoD. The final clause is 252.246-7008 Sources of Electronic Parts: definition on whose is the original manufacturer of components and/or equipment and the rules involving selecting suppliers/subcontractors is important to fully understand. The risk to those involved is great and in my opinion we will see these rules expand to include components beyond just electronic parts.
