Tim Di Guiseppe, President of TD Government Solutions, LLC has over 40 years of knowledge and experience in providing consulting services to the small, medium and large domestic and international companies with US government contracts on issues relating to compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards, cost accounting and other business systems reviews, proposals and contract management, DCAA, DCMA and IG audits, and overall business and operations management.

Joseph Nocerino

CEO & FOUNDER

Joseph Nocerino is the CEO and founder of Century Planning Associates, Inc., a professional competitive acquisition, project management and training company, established in 1972. For almost 30 years, Century has specialized in corporate strategic and tactical business development and training. Joseph and his company are particularly well-known for leadership and support services that identify and assess competitive opportunities, produce winning competitive proposals, and execute successful projects/programs for public and private concerns.

Patrick Bearjar, CPA, CGMA

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Patrick is U.S. Navy Seabee (NMCB 3 and CBU 411) and Pennsylvania Army National Guard the 28th Division, 876th Engineering Company (12B – Combat Engineer) veteran with combined serviced of 16 years. In addition, Patrick has multiple years in commercial heavy industry as a CNC operator, welder and metal fabricator. He uses his estimating, construction, welding and fabrication experiences to provide clients in-depth knowledge and practical application related to the operation in the shop to the front office.

Peter Ciaravino

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

As founder and president of Strategic Advantage Consulting, LLC, since 1999, Peter has served both presidents and board of directors in a strategic advisory capacity for a multitude of industries, including public, private, non-profit, and government organizations.

His primary consulting services focus on strategy, growth, and management execution. His extended consulting assignments have included serving as interim CEO and CFO for companies in major transition or needing a turnaround.

Prior to forming his consulting firm, his professional background includes serving as a CFO for a group of retail companies across six locations as well as serving six years in the defense industry, including proposal administration, pricing analysis, program financial analysis, and contract negotiations across large scale avionics and other military programs.

Jason Rice, CPA

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Jason plans and supervises various audit, review and other attest engagements for privately held business clients in a variety of industries. His responsibilities also include the delivery of various business advisory services to his clients.

As a niche service, Jason also performs consulting engagements for Federal government contractors. These services include the development of indirect rates, contract pricing, DCAA audit support, and also assistance with contract specific compliance issues.

Doug Hibshman

Doug Hibshman is a partner in Fox Rothschild LLP’s Federal Government Contracts and Procurement, Construction, and Infrastructure Practice Groups. He has an international federal government contracts and commercial construction/infrastructure practice with a focus on prosecuting and defending complex claims.

Doug represents clients before numerous federal, state, and local agencies.  Doug also represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all manner of government and commercial construction and infrastructure project issues, to include contract disputes, contract drafting, construction defects, liens, bond claims, and contract disputes.
